We at the S.W.E.E.T. Foundation are excited to provide a Bitterroot Valley wide Health and Wellness Expo on June 10, 2023 at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds event center. With the huge amount of change our valley has incurred in the last 5 years, residents are not aware of all the different services and healthy activities available to them to live a long healthy active lifestyle. Our goal is to present an event that encompasses the health of mind, body and spirit and promotes total body health and wellness. This event will be focused on healthy living for all ages, including seniors, adults, teens and children.
