Who We Are

Our mission is to support women through empowerment, education and truth.

Our Vision is to provide an environment that supports personal growth and improvement in three separate areas of women’s lives: their mental, emotional and physical health. This would be achieved through relational, vocational and spiritual journeys that equip them to tackle life obstacles with confidence and embrace a transformed life and future.

Our Goals

To provide opportunities for positive outlets and discovery of new interests, and to gain knowledge, inspiration and empowerment.

To provide a safe place where women feel accepted, supported and encouraged to overcome obstacles in their lives and seek self-improvement.

To provide mentors, partners or coaches for each of our recipients, to come along side and support them in order to improve their success rate.

To provide both faith based and non-faith based events to enable our reach to be all encompassing.

To raise funds through events to enable S.W.E.E.T. Foundation to provide financial scholarships to women for certifications, higher education or entrepreneurship.

Our Story

We get it. We’ve been there too. Here’s our story:

On a coaching call with my mentor coach, I was expressing my dissatisfaction in the number of clients I was reaching doing one on one coaching. I really wanted to reach and empower more women faster! She asked me what my dream job would look like as a coach and I said, “Speaking to large groups of women and planning events, that would be my “sweet spot” It was during this brainstorming session that I had a “God moment” where He gave me a vision of the purpose he had for my life. That was when the dream of the S.W.E.E.T. Foundation was born.

I have always had a heart for women. My belief has been that each and every woman has value and a purpose in life. Each woman has been gifted talents, skills, interests and experiences in life to prepare her for her life purpose.

Our goal is to help women recognize their gifts and gain the confidence they need to use them to reach their dreams. Many have not had someone in their life that has encouraged them not only to dream but dream big! It is easy to get derailed in life or never have the courage to reach for our dreams.

When a woman does not feel supported or empowered we struggle to dream, to set goals, to reach our full potential. We can fall into bad habits or not take care of ourselves. Sometimes we just get stuck or settle instead of reaching for greatness. Sometimes certain areas of our lives do not get the attention they need because we just can’t seem to find the strength to overcome the obstacles in front of us. This can cause other areas to suffer.

Our founder has a huge dream! That dream is to reach as many women as possible. To help them find their passions, dreams and goals. To walk beside them as they find the courage to seek growth. To empower them to be all that they want to be. To provide educational, inspiration and empowering events that propel women forward in all areas of their lives.
